Tuna Dip with Guacamole in Rosemary and Spicy Focaccia

This recipe with focaccia is ideal to eat as a snack over the holidays. Focaccia is a kind of flatbread and is a traditional dish of Italian cuisine. You can find focaccia at Panadería Internacional.
1 focaccia from International Bakery,
1 can of tuna,
1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tomato,
1/4 purple onion,
1/4 bell pepper,
1 tsp parsley,
salt and ground pepper.
PREPARATION: First we make a paste with the avocado and the lemon juice. Then we cut the tomato, the onion and the bell pepper into little squares, mix with the avocado paste, salt and ground pepper. This is the "guacamole."
After focaccia is put in the oven for a few minutes, spread the guacamole with the tuna and decorate with parsley.
